Recent Updates

Single Test Analysis (STA) now includes a “class period” filter for administrators. STA now includes a "class period" filter for administrators. District and school-level admins, and users with data view rights will be able to filter all the way down to a section/period. The filters are dependent, meaning you must pick a school, then teacher(s), and finally section(s).
Content Clarifiers can now be added to pictures in Aware’s Author space. Highlight a picture and add a content clarifier. Note that images associated with a hot spot interaction still cannot receive content clarifiers.
District and Campus admin can now set student supports and take test actions (such as ending and reopening a test) for students in the Aware Proctor space. This will be a big help for those tightly secured tests that force submission upon exiting. Admins can now reopen the test without going through the teacher.
Changes to the Course Hub table in Beacon include the “Add” button (formerly “Add Units”), which now allows you to add units, assessment windows, and updates to the Course Schedule description.
