With Beacon’s planner, the more the merrier! You can share your prep with any person or team in the district as long as you have their name and/or email.
Lessons and resources can be created either in a course or in the library. If it's in the library, make sure you share each individual lesson and resource. If it's in a course, share the course and everyone shared will have access to those components.
Every teacher has the flexibility to make their plans the way that best supports their classroom instruction. They can apply a template created by the district and make changes that only affect their plans.
